The main focus of this stage is to provide a soft landing and get the man acclimated with the program and it's requirements. We want to give the men minimal requirements for the first stage, allowing them time to settle into their new environment. They are starting to feel the reality of where they are at, and our goal is just to keep them in the program and starting to desire something different than the life they were living.
The reality of where they are at is starting to sink in. We want them to start thinking for themselves, and now that they are sober, they have an opportunity to do just that. In this stage, we start the digging process of exposing how they got to where they are at, and what it looks like to be a brother in the Brotherhood.
The three pillars of the Brotherhood are: Vulnerability, Transparency, and Brutal Honesty. In this stage, we put these pillars to the test in our everyday lives. We start to find out what healthy relationships look like, and then walk it out.
As the men are going through their individual processes, they need to gain understanding of what the regeneration process is all about and how it will change them going into the rest of their lives. They start to focus on what is possible and dream about what it will look like to live that changed life.
The Brotherhood KC Regeneration Stage is a personalized guided tour through revelation and healing. It is the most powerful part of the process... only if they are ready to receive.
This stage is directly dedicated to letting a man experience what true freedom feels like. He has been given vision for life and a new start to his future.
In this stage, this is where the rubber meets the road. Whether you stay for Discipleship or go home to your family, you have to decide and resolve within yourself what your future will look like, and how to keep that a reality even when times get tough.
This is for any man that would like to serve his brothers in a leadership position, but also continuing to grow in healthy relationships while building a new foundation for himself and his future.
Servanthood may be an opportunity for a man that has completed the Brotherhood Program and Discipleship to consider serving the Brotherhood as a staff member.
